1. Morbius (2022)
This is one of the upcoming 2022 comic book movies. It is set to be released on January 28, 2022.
Even though much is unknown about the movie, it is centered around Morbius, a living vampire. Morbius is the second Spider-Man villain, after Venom, to get his film.
Moreover, the movie is about a terminally ill scientist who accidentally transforms himself into a monster with a vampire-like hunger for human blood.
Although we do not know for sure, it is believed that Michael Keaton will reprise his role as Vulture from Spider-Man: Homecoming, which will lead to a connection to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

However, we know Valkyrie will be in the movie; Jane will return as Thor’s female counterpart, and two new characters, Zeus and Gorr the God Butcher, will be in it.

Besides, just like the first film, this movie will include multiple versions of Spider-Man, one of which is the main character from the late 1970s Japanese Spider-Man series.

9. The Flash (2022)
This movie has been postponed since 2018 due to several directors dropping out of the project.

10. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022)
2018’s Black Panther was a huge success, becoming the most successful MCU film outside The Avengers Series.
Thus, a sequel was expected, however, due to the death of Chadwick Boseman, the first movie’s star.
It is believed that the sequel will focus more on other characters living in Wakanda than solely on the Black Panther.
Although there is no information about the plot of this movie, it is rumored to include Namor the Sub-Mariner as its villain.
Moreover, Ryan Coogler will direct this movie, which will be released on November 11, 2022.

11. Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom (2022)
After 2018’s Aquaman, it became obvious that DC Comics no longer has to depend solely on Batman and Superman to sell more tickets.
Aquaman was a huge success; we can not say if people were more interested in watching Jason Momoa shirtless (I know I was) or if the story was that captivating.
The sequel is set to be released on December 16, 2022. However, there is no information about the plot.
However, we do know that Jason contributed to the plot and that the story includes both Ocean Master and Black Manta from the first movie.
Furthermore, James Wan is the director, and some of the cast members are Jason Momoa, Amber Heard, and Nicole Kidman. Patrick Wilson, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Dolph Lundgren and Willem Dafoe.
