3. Santa Paw 2: The Santa Pups

Santa Paw 2 is a Canadian Christmas children’s movie. Although it is part of a collection, it can be watched alone.  

It was released on November 20, 2012. This movie is about four of Santa’s pet puppies who were stowed away with Mrs. Santa.

The kids discover a bag full of money at the local mall. They took the money and decided to use it for Christmas shopping.  

However, the counterfeiters were soon hot on their heels. In addition, Patrick Swayze, Matthew Knight, Cameron Bright, Carmen Electra, and Chris Kattan starred in this movie. 

5. A Cup of Cheer

A Cup of Cheer is another Canadian Christmas children’s movie, released on November 4, 2020.

Moreover, the film is about a journalist, Mary, who returns to her hometown of Snowy Heights to write about the Christmas cheer of a small town. 

However, she met Chris, the owner of a hot chocolate shop, and fell in love with him.

Also, Chris is on the verge of losing his business because a significant corporate chain competitor is about to open one of their branches next door.

A Fairly Odd Christmas is also a Canadian children’s movie you and your kids can watch this holiday.  

This movie is a live-action adaptation of Nickelodeon’s animated TV series The Fairly Odd Parents. It was released on November 23, 2012.  

The movie is about Timmy, his fairies, and Tootie, who have been traveling worldwide granting the wishes of kids, even those on the “Naughty List.  

However, the elves intervened and told Timmy to stop granting wishes. Immediately, the elf said that the machine that wraps gifts had stopped working.  

Thus, Timmy must reprise the role of Santa and save Christmas. In addition, Drake Bell, Daniella Monet, David Lewis, Daran Norris, and Butch Hartman starred in the movie. 

7. My Dad is a Scrooge

My Dad is a Scrooge is a Canadian Christmas children’s movie released on November 10, 2014. The film is about Oliver, his sister, June, and their father, EB.

Oliver and June spent a short period with their father before Christmas because their parents were separated.  

Oliver’s father, EB, is a businessman who hates Christmas and is about to repossess a farm.

However, the animals on the farm appeared to Oliver and June, telling them to get their father to leave their father alone.  

To achieve this, they must make their father rediscover his Christmas spirit.

Additionally, this movie stars Bonnie Wright, Jon Heder, Brain Cook, Eva Greig, Keith Cooper, and Charles Shaughnessy. 

8. Shelby: The Dog Who Saved Christmas

Shelby: The Dog Who Saved Christmas is a Canadian Christmas children’s movie released on November 7, 2014.  

This movie is also about an orphaned dog that Jake took in on Christmas Eve. Jake had to hide the dog from his parents, a dog catcher, and a nasty Great Dane.

Some of the movie’s cast members are Chevy Chase, Tom Arnold, Christian Potenza, John Paul Ruttan, and Rob Schneider.  

9. Once Upon a Christmas

Once Upon a Christmas is a Canadian Christmas Children movie released on December 10, 2000.

Moreover, the film is about Kristin Claus, Santa’s daughter, believing Christmas is still a chance. 

So, after Santa decides not to send out gifts because there are many naughty kids, Kristin decides to deliver all the presents exactly as her father would.  

Also, she decided to transform a single father and his spoiled kids who were on the “Naughty List” to be on the “Nice List,” proving to her father that the spirit of Christmas still exists.

10. The Christmas Chronicles

The Christmas Chronicles is a Canadian Christmas children’s movie. It is the first film in the series, and it was released on November 22, 2018.

Besides, the movie is about how Kate and Teddy Pierce planned to capture Santa on Christmas Eve.  

However, when their plan failed, they joined forces with Santa and his elves to save Christmas before it was too late.

She is drifting through life and spending the money of her wealthy parents.  

The movie starts with Crystal’s parents giving her an ultimatum: straighten up her life before Christmas, or all her credit cards are canceled.  

However, she found a letter from a seven-year-old girl written to Santa Claus, asking him to send a new wife to her widowed father for Christmas.  

Then, Crystal decided to seek out the girl and her father, acting as their present from Santa.

A Storybots Christmas is a Canadian Christmas children’s movie released on December 1, 2017. This movie is a special based on the characters of the digital educational program Storybots.  

Moreover, this movie centers on Bo going to the North Pole to ask Santa to teach her how to make better presents.

She mistakenly thought her friends did not like her Christmas present.
